This site was created by a resident of WML. This site is not an official site. It is a platform for our community to use. It was created regarding the proposed Allen Development amendment/AKA rezoning. The last day to use this site will be December 17th 2024 after that only survey results will be displayed.

On December 19th 2024 at 6:00 PM The Navajo County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a meeting to hear the request of Allen Land Development LLC to amend the current plan for land in White Mountain from 216 Single Family homes to: 24 Single Family Homes, 133 manufactured homes, 133 multi-family units/apartments, storage, public parking, golf courses and recreation areas.

This consists of a change from 216 residential occupancies to 290 residential occupancies, plus all the other use changes to the land

It is highly encouraged that you attend this meeting. Those who show up have the most powerful voice. If you cannot show up, they have given options for you to email, or leave your public comments via telephone. See link.

What follows on this page is a tool for the community to easily compose and share their thoughts on the proposed rezoning/amendment. By completing the forms, a PDF with your personal answers will be created. We will email this form to you as well a carbon copy the planning and zoning commission.

Please remember what your mom said. If you are embarrassed to see yourself on TV saying it don't say it. This is not private, and it's not social media. It's communications to elected and placed government officials.

It is highly recommended that you forward the email created and sent to you to planning@navajocountyaz.gov. We will send them a carbon copy email from this system.

The questionnaire below has a few sections. You can stop after the first series of questions or continue to provide more context for your positions. It is highly recommended for our community that your opinions be heard. The sections are: Personal Details it is requred and contains 3 questions about your initial position. The next section is regarding Allen Land Development LLC. Followed by questions about the admendment contents and plan along with some community voiced wants, needs, and concerns. The last section is regarding the county.

Only the first page of the questionnaire is required, blank or answered questions on the additional pages will not be included in the email sent.
